1/ Favorite Destination?
Lech, in Austria, more precisely Oberlech…for skiing. Lech (Hotel Krone) to be in the heart of the ski resord, down the slopes, one of the most beautiful hotel in the region, there ‘s a super Champagne bar for the “Après-Ski” (i love the fact that foreign people use French words to describe a pleasure: Après-ski,rendez-vous,bon appétit, hors d’oeuvre, apéritif, bizarre, boutique…) and also one of the best night club.
Also Hotel Burg in Oberlech if you want to stay quiet, without cars and enjoy the amazing wine cellar managed by Hermann, best sommelier in Austria this year. Actually, i just got back from there!

2/ Best thing to do there?
Have lunch on the Murmeli ‘s terrace ( http://www.murmeli.at/ ) with a cover on your shoulder while enjoying a sole and a Gruner Veltliner from FX Pichler.
Diner at Klosterle in Zug ( [email protected] ), a doll house in the valley, one of the prettiest chalet and one of the best fondue (Bourguignonne, obvisouly).
Get there on a horse sleigh, pretty cliché but really funny!

3/ Best travel tip?
Plan your trip with a special suitcases for bottles, if you don’t have one put thel in a “Wineskin”
(http://www.vinolem.com/marque/WINESKIN/fr_SKIN.htm), the only way to avoid collateral damages.

4/ Best travel memories?
Eating some « grilled sliced pork » on an empty beach in Porto Santo, an island closed to Madeira.
A Lunch in the restaurant next to Chio Chio’s church (oldest church in Chile) without really knowing what you have in your plate and the owner making sure that you finish your plate!

5/Next trip?
Tiny pause now, staying at home after a few hectic months, but probably Hong-Kong soon, then Oregon and maybe Tuscanny!
